Glover Park Brewery

I spent a long time at Glover Park Brewery that day, reading and chit-chatting with other brewery guests.

After conquering the mountain at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, I knew exactly where I was headed next: to get a beer at Glover Park Brewery in Marietta.

Glover Park Brewery is a short 3.7-mile drive from Kennesaw Mountain. Glover Park is located just off of the historic Marietta Square. This brewery is a favorite of ours – we love spending time at the square! There are several great food and drink options here, and Glover Park Brewery is definitely at the top of our list.

Glover Park’s beer garden is at the back of their building. I parked on the street down from the brewery, so I had to walk from the front to the back. To get inside, you walk through the patio area. This is one of my favorite outdoor areas out of all of the breweries we have visited. There are outdoor heaters, a fireplace, and tables with fire rings. It is just so cozy out there! Glover Park has a large variety of beers and mixed drinks. During my visit, there were seven beers and two seltzers on tap. I spent a long time at Glover Park Brewery that day, reading and chit-chatting with other brewery guests. I got three drinks: Can I Get a Witness, Base Camp, and Hollydays.

Can I Get a Witness is my favorite Glover Park beer. It is a Belgian Witbier that could give Blue Moon a run for its money! Base Camp is Glover Park’s classic light lager (very good!). Hollydays is a seasonal cranberry and blood orange seltzer. I am very picky about seltzers, but this one was pretty good! It was also Barbie pink, so I think it could get the award for prettiest seltzer. Out of the three drinks, Can I Get a Witness was my favorite!

Tips for your trip to Glover Park Brewery

Glover Park Brewing is dog and family friendly.
Glover Park has events, food trucks, and friendly staff.
This brewery is a Marietta gem. If you are in the area, don’t skip out on a visit to Glover Park Brewery!
There is limited parking behind Glover Park Brewery. Marietta Square’s downside is the parking situation. There are plenty of parking options, but many of them you have to pay for. If you are lucky, you can parallel park on the street and take a short walk to the brewery.
